[VOY] Season 4, Episode 19: The Killing Game, Part II
Rating: 2
As is the case with some two parters, this episode feels a bit stretched to fill out the run time. I wanted the episode to get a little wilder – It’s fun to have Nazi’s running around Voyager with Klingons and stuff, but overall it feels like a missed opportunity. Throw in people from every era of history, show how they interact, get crazy! There’s also a stab at developing the Hirogen a bit more, but it doesn’t really go anywhere.

Notes:
Nazis are infiltrating the ship!
Janeway and Seven convince the others, who still believe they are holodeck characters, to help them retake the ship.
They even try to get some help from Neelix and his Klingon pals.
Janeway finds a way to disable the mind control.
But she gets captured.
The Hirogen commander says he wants to use the holodeck technology instead of hunting real prey. Janeways says “hey yeah, why didn’t you just do that with us?” and he says “to study you,” which doesn’t make a lot of sense, seeing as how they just acted the same way the holodeck characters would. Janeway, we stopped caring about plot holes back in season 2, just go with it.
Janeway makes a deal with the Hirogen, but this guy doesn’t like deals! aka we still got 15 minutes left in the episode!
He kills the only good Hirogen guy!
Meanwhile, Harry sets a timer for the end of the episode.
This guy tells Janeway to run, cause that makes it more fun!
The whole crew could be executed!
Then in a shocking twist, Harry’s timer goes off, and they make a treaty.
