[TNG] Season 4, Episode 18: Identity Crisis

This is one of the better Geordi episodes, mostly because he avoids being a creep, which is his usual style. There are some cool visual elements to this episode, and I like the bit in the holodeck with the shadows, but it’s another episode where the ticking clock isn’t as suspenseful as it’s intended to be. I do like that they go a step further than one would expect and fully transform Geordi, though.

5 years ago a team investigated people disappearing, but now the investigation team has been disappearing, so Enterprise is going to investigate
Geordi and his old pal were on that team!
Another member of that team stole a shuttle and blew it up like a total maniac.
He left his clothes behind, so he was in that shuttle totally nude.
Guys look footsteps!
Geordi’s friend starts getting the investigation shakes.
She really wants to go back to the planet.
She wants to hang around in the dark now.
Then GEORDI gets the shakes!
Geordi investigates a shadow.
Then he starts changing more!
They look for Geordi, but just find his clothes! These are the same things that happened before, remember?! but this time it’s Geordi!
Crusher just like finds a way to make Geordi’s friend get better, and now she knows stuff.
They find Geordi on the planet hanging out with his new tron friends.
They hug it out.
Investigation complete.
