[ENT] Season 4, Episode 13: UnitedRating: 3
The secret Romulan arc continues. This episode kind of wraps up a few story lines – the feud between Shran and the Tellerite, and Trip and Malcom stuck inside the Romulan ship. It’s all pretty fun, and sets up the next turn of the plot in a nice way.

Notes:
The Romulans pretend to be Enterprise and destroy a Rigelian ship. The Rigelians get pissed apparently, but then the issue disappears. I guess they got over it.
Shran’s lady friend who was shot by a Tellarite isn’t doing that well.
These guys still don’t like each other, even though they understand they have a common enemy.
Reed and Trip start screwing with stuff on the Romulan ship
The Romulans close trip off in another room and say they’ll kill him with the radiation if Reed doesn’t fix the stuff they messed up…
Shran’s lady friend dies
Reed tricks the Romulans into releasing Trip, and blows up stuff on the bridge!
This makes the Romulans sad
Shran demands to have a showdown with the Tellarite, and if Archer doesn’t allow it then the Andorians are backing out of the alliance. Stakes!
But if Archer allows the fight than the Tellarites are backing out. Luckily there’s a rule in these Andorian showdowns that you can call in a sub. Archer has to fight in order to save the alliance.
A good ‘ol fight to the death! The production clearly put some effort into coming up with some interesting Andorian weapons, and they sort of succeeded.
Archer cuts off one of Shrans antennas, which renders him defenseless, which according to another rule means the fight ends I guess. Thanks for these rules, Enterprise writers!
They catch up with the Romulan ship, which is trying to look like a Vulcan ship at the moment
Reed and Trip are tired of that ship so they just jump out into space.
the Romulan ship escapes, but an alliance fleet is formed
Now everyone likes each other!
And then they show us the person piloting the Romulan ship and it’s a cliff hanger I guess
