Kirk and Spock beam to a facility where people are kept with mental issues. The building is surrounding by a shield and is on a planet where all the air is poisonous.

But then they’re fooled by a crazy guy named Garth. He somehow learned to morph into whatever he wants. It was a little trick he picked up while visiting some aliens.

He is in control of the facility with his friends. Garth used to be one of Starfleet’s most respected captains, and one of Kirk’s heroes

He locks up Kirk and changes to look like him. He wants to take control of Enterprise

But when he tries to beam up, Scotty asks him for the secret password

So Garth formulates a plan to get Kirk to give him the password. Seems like a good plan so far

He tries to get the Orion lady to seduce Kirk with her dancing

But then he stops messin around and just breaks out the torture chair.

Kirk won’t say the password

Spock manages to free Kirk from his room, but Kirk realizes it’s probably Garth

For some reason Garth explodes the Orion lady as a demonstration

Double neck pinch! Ok this is a good episode now.

Spock has to figure out which one is really Kirk!

He eventually figures it out because one of them suggests Spock just shoot both of them and then sort it out
