There’s a species that speaks with body language, and were offended by Janeway putting her hands on her hips

*Sigh* Since Neelix handled the situation so well, she makes him an ambassador.

When they get back to the ship they can’t find anyone, but they find some ooze.

Janeway leaves Neelix for a minute to get a medkit, and Neelix disappears. Hey, this episode is getting pretty good.

They have a cool getting-suited-up-for-combat scene

Janeway finds the doctor! The whole crew has been infected with something and they got bugs coming out of their necks and it’s gross

He explains how all this happened. He went down to a planet to help some miners and accidentally beamed back with a virus

Then the virus got really huge! It makes the sound of a fly or a bee, even though it doesn’t have any wings and is a lot bigger.

The aliens from the beginning of the episode show up again. They’re going to destroy Voyager because they want to destroy the virus. Didn’t really need the extra stakes that we don’t buy, and we didn’t really need to see this weirdo again

Janeway activates a holodeck program to lure them in

Then Janeway stabs one!

And blows em all up with a special green bomb

Then everyone’s back to normal

I guess Janeway likes to relax by painting in this episode.
