This guy says that when he uses his powers against people, he only cheats them and no one gets hurt, and somehow Troi is worse by using her powers to protect her crew in life and death negotiations, just because life is at stake when she does it. What?

In the end Troi calls him out, and then he buys a worthless wormhole
