[DS9] Season 2, Episode 20 (Netflix: S2 E20): The Maquis Part 1

Most of this episode is set up, but it’s still really cool. So far it seems hard for an episode featuring Dukat to be bad. They do a great job setting up a situation that has a difficult moral dilemma, which isn’t always easy. The Maquis are really awesome in DS9, and this is a strong introduction to the group.

Notes:
Sisko meets up with an old friend who is in charge of a dispute between the Cardassians and federation settlements
Dukat visits Sisko. He knows that people within the federation are responsible for attacking Cardassians, but he wants to give Sisko a chance to deal with it rather than having the Cardassian government deal with it, causing more tension
They come across a fight between Cardassians and federation colonists
Some people jump Dukat
Dukat goes right for that Vulcan lady. I guess she might be the strongest though, being a Vulcan
Sisko’s friend is with the Maquis!
