A past love of Quark is hiding on the station. She’s involved with some kind of political movement
Garak and Quark talk about the consequences of bad fashion trends. For the benefit of the Voyager fans, they’re actually talking about political trends
Quark starts hitting things to check if Odo is spying on them
It’s weird when Quark is romantic
It’s revealed that Garak is in exile. He’s trying to earn favor with the high command so he can return to Cardassia
Quark tries to convince Odo to help get the hiding Cardassians off the station before they’re sent to be executed. He’ll help in the name of justice, not for Quark’s sake
Garak stops them, but then he doesn’t
