The situation Archer and Trip are put into makes for a fun episode, even if everything plays out how you would expect. It’s nice to spend some time in this environment with rougher characters.

One of the prisoners breaks free and takes over the ship
Archer convinces him that he’s a good pilot and can help
Someone annoys Trip this episode. The writers must love having people annoy him.
Archer goes along with trying to look like a cool guy and a smuggler. The bad man asks Archer to do some bad stuff and Archer doesn’t like it. Archer strangles him instead
