[ENT] Season 1, Episode 21 (Netflix: S1 E20): Detained
Rating: 2
–
This episode is a little too on-the-nose with its message. Too much time is spent with the blatant “look past your preconception” moral which makes it like watching a children’s show. The end is fun, and it introduces the Tandarans, which will make another appearance. This episode should probably be watched for the interesting way it’s referenced later, but it’s still only worth a 2.

The Tandarans are also fighting the Cabal. They capture Archer and Travis because of a misunderstanding and will let them go on the next transport, in 3 days.

Archer explains that what’s going on here is the same thing that happened during WWII with the Japanese interment camps. He might as well have looked directly into the camera while he said it.

Travis wants to back talk to the guards about food. It wasn’t any kind of distraction, or buying time for anything. I guess he was just really upset about the food.
