Spock, Bones and Kirk find themselves in a big dark room with a lady that can’t speak

Bones wants to call her Gem

Then evil aliens show up with sparkly outfits

Gem can transfer wounds from other people to her, as Kirk is helpfully pointing out

There are guys in tubes

They think they escape, but the aliens were just messing with them

They torture Kirk

But Gem helps him

My favorite part of the episode is when one of them must go to be tortured and Bones knocks Kirk and Spock out with hypos

The aliens say this was all to test Gem, to see if her people are worthy of saving, and so that she can learn to be as cool as Kirk, Bones and Spock

She saves bones and passes the test
